Unfortunately, we must acknowledge that racism and prejudice are also evident in our industry. It is time for us, as a community, to stand together and firmly oppose racism.

Racism has no place in tourism. Each of us, whether in our daily work or as travelers, has a responsibility to actively promote mutual respect. Every person deserves respect and dignity, regardless of ethnicity or cultural background.

There is beauty in diversity. Our business partners come from a variety of countries, with different skin colors and cultural backgrounds. It is our responsibility to sensitize our clients, whom we book abroad, to treat people, both here and abroad, with more respect. Diversity is our strength in this industry, and tolerance should be our guiding principle.

Together, we can stand against racism and actively promote tolerance, respect, and equality. Each of us can contribute, whether through mindful actions in dealing with customers and colleagues or by participating in initiatives and events that advocate for a diverse and inclusive tourism industry.
